Why expansion economic hurdles could be lower…

One idea I was thinking about is that the P2 may be motivated to expand to 24 at minimum. This could be due to non revenue generating Olympic sports. Leave the cross country charter flights to football and basketball but bus rides to more closely aligned geographic conference members for Olympic sports. Saves money and time but means you need to expand to get some closer schools. That could change the economic hurdles perhaps for some schools in smaller markets.
