I think the P2 will try to lobby this bill out of existence. If it passes

they will get a restraining order and sue for the next hundred years. They will never voluntarily agree to share the wealth, nor should they. If the supporters of this bill fail to grab the P2's money, will they still think it is, at least, fair to pool their money with all NCAA conferences, including Div 3? This will test whether they really believe in revenue pooling, or if they are simply envious of the success of their superiors.
