The NCAA president said the current state of play cannot continue

That’s very interesting. Assuming that those are not empty words as part of a social media post, I want to know what he means. Why can the current state not continue? What would happen? For all the talk about how much things need to change, what is the actual outcome if nothing changes? The sport is not going to collapse if players continue to get paid. Or if the P1 happens. Or if the acc or sec expanded. The more that people talk about this bill, the less clear it is for me about who it is supposed to help.
