Maybe, a P1 when one of the P2 Commissioners retires is possible too.

I also read somewhere that Jim “Dame” Phillips plans to retire in 2029, often times the changes are announced a couple of years before they happen. I think Notre Dame and the private ACC schools would like some type of merger with the Big East. That’s why so many former ACC coaches are talking about it on ESPN. Everything they talk about is programmed in advance. Just like watching unprofessional wrestling and soap operas.They try to make it look spontaneous, but it’s the exact opposite.
