you can't cap how much someone earns from an

outside source unless you buy exclusivity to those rights. the way to do that is to follow the course Terry laid out. you can also somewhat control fraud and you can somewhat control who is eligible to play in your league. The NCAA needs to focus on the things it can do instead of trying to back into some predetermined outcome.
