It may help explain the current litigation too because they aren't fighting
over just the conference's CFP money, but all of the money and/or trying to prevent the 2 schools from the conference receiving any future money earned during the grace period. Since it is will be split 2-ways, I bet Oregon State and Wazzou will earn more money than what Cal and Stan will earn in the ACC. It wouldn't surprise me if Cal and Stanford are starting to have buyer's remorse over their decision to join the ACC because even split 4-ways could still be more than their share in the ACC.
