As you have been......

asked before, who and where were these schools that solve the ACC's football problem? If schools like that are not available or attainable what is the play? Maximize revenue for the conference through all available means? Phillips is the commissioner of the ACC, not just those with a serious football agenda, and he must balance the concerns and realities for all. He likely recognizes that while you and I sit on a message board playing woulda, should, coulda. You MAY be right about the implosion but, very likely wrong on the reasons. This thing is playing out far above conference commissioner's offices, with the possible exceptions of the B1G and SEC. That has been true for a long time and well before any of the current commissioners came to power. They are just the guys sitting in the seats at the moment.
