Ohio has recently come out and denied that they reached out

to the SBC. East Carolina has had to do the same thing. While LA Tech certainly makes sense, the Sun Belt and the MAC both will have to expand their viewership if they want a bump in the upcoming media contracts. The competition with the G5 conferences is starting to get fierce, as many are no longer treading water, it's sink or swim time.
