Well of course it is. They know that fans will watch no matter what.

Everything is available somewhere, and even ODAC fans can watch every game live SOMEWHERE, and they do. No sports media entity cares about attracting fans. Fans will always seek out and watch their teams' broadcasts, no matter how obscure the forum. The sports media entities covet the casual eyeballs, including gamblers.
