What do Syracuse and BC Add?
There are 27 million people living in the 2 states. Suppose conservatively half have a television subscription along with other bar/hotel subscriptions of some type. That's 13.5 million x $0.73 = $9,855,000 per month / 2 because ESPN gets half = $4,927,500 per month x 12 =$59,130,000 to the ACC each year / 14 =$4,223,571.00 per each school per year. This is just for the ACC Network.
Then you add all of the advertizing and Tier 1 viewers in New York and Massachusetts during football and basketball season on ESPN, ESPN2, and ESPNU to get what they bring as well as any participation in the NCAA Mens Basketball Tournament and any Bowl Game. The conference splits half. This is what they bring.
