Is the Big East even interested in dealing with a 50-50 split in membership

(football vs. non-football) given how the experiment went the first time? Right now the Big East has only 4 schools who sponsor football (1 FBS and 3 FCS) which makes it easy for the sport to be a moot issue within the conference.
