I will find their framework very interesting if and when they come up with a dollar amount that most in the conference agree too. This may be what Temple is evaluating, as it's my guess that they are on the low end on monies spent on their athletic program. They may not be able to commit to monies being talked about, as figures like $20M ++ to pay the athletes based on the recent settlement is what is on the table.
