Not sure why people think the ACC is gone but theB12 survives

The only reason schools want out of the ACC is the current payout. That can be fixed a lot easier than nreking it up. The pac and ACC have history and significance, the big 12 is the never ending last bastion for those with no other choice. No one outside the fan bases of those schools cares about the B12. The fact that it's current deal might. Reiterate might, pay a little more doesn't mean it suddenly has significance.
