I’m interested in “grow the pie” type maneuvers.

ESPN wants more marketable content. So going to nine conference games per school plus one non-conference P4 game should help. Perhaps some kind of skills competition programming should also be added. I also think the ACC should look at cultivating ongoing marketing and broadcasting opportunities in Canada. This might include exhibitions in MBB, WBB and various other sports against Canadian university teams. It might also include pursuing week zero neutral site games in the Toronto and Montreal CFL stadiums (reconfigured to NCAA requirements of course).
