Realize one thing, neither the ACC nor ESPN is trying this case in the

court of public opinion and the court of public opinion does not help the ACCs case. Both have played everything close to the vest. It is FSU and to a lesser degree Clemson that is throwing all this stuff up against the wall trying to make something stick. IMHO there is a reason the GOR has a 2036 date and that is the date the schools agreed to and are thereby bound to. Again my opinion, based on what I have seen so far is that GOR holds the teams to the duration of what they signed no matter who of what the media agreement is. And that it further empowers the ACC to make changes additions and subtractions to the media deal(s) until 2036. You, FSU and Clemson are desperately trying to give individual schools some say in the Media Agreement when they signed those rights over to the ACC in the GOR. Put another way, the individual schools media rights are in a receivership with the ACC being the Receiver for the duration of the GOR. This Receivership can only realistic be broken by breach of the GOR by the ACC, expiration date or settlement. Breach is going to be very difficult for FSU etc. to prove and would take years of court to get there. This is especially true since FSU is relying on compliance under the GOR meaning equaling the payouts of the P2. So, until a judge says different, the GOR holds all the individual schools until 2036 expiration date or some agreed to settlement. I also believe any such settlement or judgement will have to take into consideration all the signors of the GOR and not just the ACC, FSU and Clemson.
