The PAC has a network. If the conference fails, and the ACC gets Oregon,

and others from that conference, and the conferences implodes, the PAC network could be the negotiation for the B12 to take the leftovers. It's not a widely distributed network, but it could be with the coast to coast content the B12 seems to want.
