I think I can finally see the tipping point for Wall St coming

WS has been disconnected for awhile now. But there is now a reality that will hit hard if nothing changes in the next two months. If the government shutdown continues into December (which I think is a very real possibility) then we will see two things happen. 1. Airline travel will drop noticeably 2. Holiday shopping will drop Either one of those is bad. If both happen and gov stays shutdown then I think WS finally takes a hit no later than January. The reason is that they are not some abstract potential like AI. This is tangible and immediate economic impacts to companies and communities. If it happens. And yes the college sports spending looks incredibly stupid next to those potential real world scenarios.
