I love my Hokies but I think I agree with you - VT in the SEC would be

tough sledding. They would be an Arkansas with less resources. A step above MSU, maybe on par with Kentucky or USCe in football (a big maybe). Does anyone on earth think of any of those schools as top 25 football programs? I don't think so, and that is where I would like to see VT again one day. I think they would have better success in the B1G but believe me I don't want to see them in the B1G. So what's left? If the ACC manages to hold on to their big state schools (without FSU of course) and can improve and be more competitive somehow with the revenue gap, that would be ideal for VT, but that is a pipe dream.
