How does remaining quiet.......

aid the ACC and its members in prevailing in the suit? Silence lasts until possibly the first deposition at the latest. FSU, and maybe Clemson, are like the initial settlers, they've burned the boats and there is no going back. It will be interesting IF truth is ever sorted from fiction, however, the most likely scenario is that ESPN comes to the table with money just like both they and FOX did when they were divvying up the PAC 12. The remaining question is which schools in the ACC end up in the UT/OU/USC/UCLA tier, which might end up in the UO/UW tier, which will be the four corners tier and who gets to play the role of Washington State and Oregon State.
