under the rug" platitudes by the "Poppycock" crew, when in fact, anyone with a bit a strategic sense knew that SEC was a much better option as far back as 2011. Here we are, sweating it out, when we could be in the club house, with an extra $20+ million a year. Maryland knew. Rutgers knew. Missouri knew. But the VT peeps couldn't figure it out. It looked like a terrible decision to me back in 2011 and the more that bad elements of the deal come out, it is going to look quite unforgivable. My guess.
