That's a fine theory. Good luck selling it to a players' union.

NIL is an excruciatingly individual proposition. No NIL collective will talk about in this way, but it's an auction for FB talent. To be effective every dollar must be specifically focused to a target. Spreading it around according to Title IX will deflate into a government style waste of money.
