Maybe I'm wrong but I thought the GOR was an agreement by each team

with the ACC conference and completely separate from the ACC's deal with ESPN. It seems to me as long as there is an ACC conference the GOR would still apply and the media rights for any team(s) that leaves still belongs to the ACC.
