My mistake... I should have included a reference to sales 101...

"Identifying your unique value proposition compared to your competitors is the main pillar that establishes your success in both marketing and sales. Additionally, an effective value proposition clearly articulates why a prospective customer should buy from your company instead of a competitor." I agree that I wish we had a 100K capacity stadium and 5 national championships to sell recruits, but I'd rather have something like the "SEC" to tout than the "ACC". And please tell me what our unique value proposition being in the ACC for football is for kids in Virginia, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Maryland, and West Virginia, as compared to the SEC? Don't get me wrong... VT has a lot to offer and can sell itself, but there's nothing great enough about VT when in the ACC, over many nearby schools. ** Edited by jesuisvtguy at 8/24/2023, 9:16:55 PM
