Did the Big XII really have any members with "value" that would have

increased the Pac-12's overall value? Kansas is a "basketball" school that really doesn't add much value when football is driving the bus. Oklahoma State and Texas Tech are the lite version of their respective big brothers that are heading to the SEC. Even Iowa State and Kansas State are probably lite versions too. While WVU is too far away to join the Pac-12. Before you suggest Baylor and TCU, they aren't even an option due to their religious affiliations. It is possible the Pac-12 should have added Kansas, Kansas State, Oklahoma St, and Texas Tech. I do understand why the Pac-12 didn't consider adding all them or any of them. It is even possible none of the Big XII schools were interested in joining the Pac-12 because of the travel issues (specifically the change in time zones). The Big XII schools may prefer traveling East-West instead of West-East went returning from an away game particularly during the week.
