I’m referring to last year when the PAC-12 could have had their choice of

any Big-12 school after TX/OK announced that they were leaving for the SEC. As soon as the PAC-12 announced that they weren’t interested in expansion, the Big 12 quickly invited Cincinnati, BYU, Houston, and UCF. Conference stability has been improving since that date and now the Big 12 has a 6 year contract extension. It is my understanding that all of the members have agreed to a grant of rights and they reportedly also have expansion provisions included.
