He is not a ......

Group of 5 AD and a P4 AD in name only. He was an assistant AD level talent that VT took a chance that he could grow into the position. The problem with that strategy is it is dependent upon having an oversight and mentoring infrastructure with people capable and willing to serve in that capacity to guide until he was capable to go it alone.
