If you are going to consider Cincy, then why not consider L'ville too?

In terms of basketball, both schools are probably equal in terms of pedigree. Both men's programs have won 2 NCAA National Championship (if you factor in L'ville's vacated national championship in 2013). In terms of football, both are probably on par with each other. Currently Cincy may be in a better place than L'ville, but there are questions regarding how long the Bearcats can sustain this level. Most likely both programs are destined to ebb and flow where they rank in the pecking order for football. However, I don't see that as necessarily being a bad thing because someone has to bring up the rear every year in any sport.
