Like 500 million in penalties (their number not mine in the December lawsuit) would likely crush their finances. Even if they go to a P2, and there is no sign that either P2 has the votes to get them in. If the B12 uses Private Equity money, that’s not free money, it’s the opposite of free. So I don’t see how they get a net gain out of that either.
