VT owns NOVA, Maryland, and DC

Charlotte is probably split between UNC and VT. Richmond is probably 75/25 Tech over UNC. The 757 is still VT over UNC but it may be close as you alude. Raleigh is UNC by a large amount. These are some of the wealthiest and most populous areas in the nation. Like Top-1 to Top-3 when you add them up. For a football-driven conference like the SEC, I’d be all-in on the states of Virginia and North Carolina. And the picks would clearly be UNC and VT.
