True, in a bowl game with an interim coach and half the team opting
out and a a coach's 15th game coaching a floundering program with a brand new starter on the road. However - I would still say MD and Rutgers move to the B1G hasn't really improved their football programs, and those particular games demonstrated how VT had dimished as a program rather than how MD and Rutgers have elevated their programs.
