Why would UNC "strong arm" any P2 conference to take Dook?

If they go P2 and Dook remains ACC, they will have a huge financial advantage over them for eternity. Dook is also private, so that's another strike against them in support. NCSU probably has far more support in the state than Dook (or WF).
