I am going with TerryD on this one, they don’t want to spread the power/$$,

just to act like they are to get the vote, so they can get more power and money. When the SEC and B1G dominate the playoff by having their networks brain wash the audience that no other Conference team is deserving, the other FBS programs have no one to blame, but themselves, since they bought the lie and voted for it.
