Reality is their program has been hanging onto 2001 since they fired Larry Coker and the only reason they're even in the discussion anymore is because of NIL and John Ruiz literally funding their entire athletic department. If Cristobal translates that into top 10 seasons for the next few years they'll get way more valuable, but the Miami market is nowhere near a cash cow, just look at the pro team ratings outside of when the Heat had Lebron.
