Yeah that is my understanding.

To render the GoR unenforceable you would need to dissolve the conference, and to do that you have to amend the ACC constitution, and to do that I'm pretty sure it's a 3/4 majority vote required. ** Edited by tarheelblue at 7/4/2022, 9:28:22 PM
