about. I am talking about where they are going. A year ago the P2 were aligned, but I am not so sure right now. The media pays the schools, not the other way around. If they want to consolidate like many businesses are doing, they can do it and create incredible content if they create a Super League. They simply take the high viewership schools and put them in one Conference/League like the NFL, and create incredible matchups every week. They have already basically done it when the FBS and FCS split. Now no one knows what is going to happen, not you and not me, let’s not pretend we do, but my post was about how it seems the SEC (paid dominantly by ESPN) seems to be going towards a P1 and the B1G with 24 teams in the playoff would be happy to have all the conferences involved, and just dwarf everybody but the SEC in money. It will be interesting to watch whether the P1 Super League like the author wrote about wins out, or whether the B1G keeps every FBS Conference involved and gets the playoff to 24 with their 3 networks paying them money from games.
