Some good points/questions there. I didn't see anything in

Whit's presentation re: reducing the cost of some services to the AthDept, or shifting the cost of those services elsewhere. I can see reasons to do some shifting, with some negatives aspects that could be incurred. Doesn't look like Whit was very introspective in his analyses or his presentation.
