No. The "trash bin" will be-

everyone outside of that one remaining, lesser "power" conference alongside the Big 10 and SEC. Even the current Big 12 would look like a death star compared to an ACC with Wake Forest, Boston College, Memphis, Duke, JMU, App State, Tulane, Rice, SMU, and USF. And, I expect there will be multiple current ACC programs that will be jumping to the Big 12, just like what happened when the Pac 12 imploded.
