You hit this one out of the ball park

ACC built the Grant of Rights from the Big 10 documentation. All thought it was great, so great the Big 12 copied it... If the courts determine the GOR agreement is null, it sets forth a legal precedent that no GOR are legal, and therefore, we have more chaos.
