USC wasn't tampering

USC was extended an invitation to join the B1G when their grant of rights with the PAC12 expired, so the B1G did not tamper with USC's contract with the PAC12 as that expires this summer and USC joins the B1G right after. Much like the ACC and BigXII did not tamper with the schools joining this summer since their contracts with the PAC12 expire. Much like UT and OU, when they announced they were leaving the Big XII it was for after the 24-25 school year, when the Big XII's GOR was scheduled to expire, but they negotiated with the Big XII an earlier departure likely to the Big XII wanting to make sure the new schools were under the new and longer GOR. As for FSU, they can talk to the B1G and SEC all they want about joining those conferences after June 2037, and those conferences can talk to them about joining then. The tampering comes if either the B1G or SEC starts talking about FSU becoming a member before that date.
