Has Nebraska's move to the B1G truly benefitted them? I mean really, truly?

I know everyone says "oh they get more money" so that means everything, but has their football program truly benefitted? What about Maryland? Rutgers? Maryland and Rutgers haven't really done better or worse but Nebraska has gone way downhill since. Has aTm's football program gotten better since moving to the SEC? Will UCLA all of a sudden be a top 5 program now that they get to play against Northwestern? I wonder if anyone has done a true analysis to determine have these programs really benefitted from their moves from their long-time regional conferences to the P2. So far I haven't seen much of anything but I am just a casual observer.
