But there's no guarantee that the Pac-12 or Big 12 will get more money.

Just because Fox and ESPN are willing to pay SEC and B1G the big bucks doesn't mean than anyone will be willing to pay more to the other conferences. The ACC's current contract is probably near fair market value, and the contract gives them a bump up in money as the years go by.
