I'd like to see the ACC and PAC collude to break up the B12

Something like this: We take WVU and UCF (or Cincinnati). The PAC takes six, BYU, OSU, Kansas, Texas Tech, Baylor, and TCU (or maybe Houston). Both the ACC and the PAC would have 16 teams and college football would be left with 4 power conferences. We merge into one TV conference, rebrand the ACCN into the PACCN, schedule one or two ACC vs PAC OOC match ups each week, etc.
