Or You dont. Schools that already demonstrate strong fan interest are the best options for the ACC. That is immediate value and helps with perception on tv. We don’t need another Miami type team with fans who only sometimes show up. At least that is how I would approach it. WVU, Ok State and Cincinnati (maybe UCF also) are the best options for combining school size, location and fan engagement. My one knock on Baylor is that they are on the smaller side with 15k undergrad and 5k grads.
