I like us picking up 2 from the B12

Yes, as much as I like WVU, I think it makes more $ for the ACC if we pick off OK State and Baylor. Good for the ACCN, good for an occasional extra playoff slot, both have very good home attendance, lots of fans, etc. It also nips the B12 recovery in the bud. They might just get picked apart further by the PAC at that point, leaving us as the clear #3. I could see Houston instead of Baylor. I just don't like their lack of attendance. If that picks up this year with them joining the B12, then maybe they are a better choice over Baylor. We have time to wait through at least the season to figure that out.

If the SEC were to expand to 20, I’d say the leading candidates are:

UNC, Clemson, FSU, Ok. St., Miami, UVA, VT, NCS, WVU, GT in that order **

Do you really think BIG will take such a geographic outlier like Miami?
HokieAl 09/08/22 01:23 PM ET
USC and UCLA are an odd match for B1G. Miami at least

They would leave UNC to take the cash

With the expanded playoff I’m leaning towards a P4

I think attendance is a cultural item. You either have fan interest or

Baylor does have a small football stadium (capacity 45k) too, so that could

I think that was part of the CFP calculus
