IMO, the big one will be transfer limitations
Fans don't seem to particularly mind th oay.
They really dislike the constant transferring in search of a better playing situation.
If the P2 can limit transfers, then the stronger schools can rebuild their depth, with 5 stars backing up 5 stars.
Now, those 4/5 stars stuck in the depth chart at a big SEC school can go find playing time at a school slightly lower on the P4 pecking order.
