You could make the argument that times have never been better for the ACC.

When you consider the amount of money coming in, television exposure, and we have new teams, You could say things are looking good. However, even though we're making more money than we did in the past, we are still falling behind the P2. They're making way more money than they did in the past. As a result, they're leaving the ACC in the dust. So, if you want to compare the ACC to the ACC in past years, yes we're doing great. But unfortunately we're not competing with the ACC of the past, we're competing with the SEC and BIG of the present and the future. If you remove that tunnel vision, things look less rosy. Jim Phillips can present things to give it a positive spin, but we all know better.
