I do not share the pessimism as some on this board. I was

surprised because their moves will not work in my opinion. It's the age old 80/20 rule. 20% gets the money, but they do not sell nearly as well without the 80% If they break away as many of you think they will, they will no longer be considered college football. They will not make it as a semi pro league in my opinion. What many of you miss, is that even before Nebraska and A&M made their moves, the 20% were already making the lions share of the revenue. They already had the money for the best facilities, best coaches, and recruited the top players. The difference now, is that Purdue and Mississippi State is making a lot more media money then your school. Do you really think that media money is going to make a difference in how VT recruits? Or K-state?
