Correct but it is mostly those who already dislike the ACC that are pushing

that 2027 end date. Fans from schools that are pretty sure to be in the P2 are pushing that Fans from schools that think the ACC has been the worst run conference for years are pushing that. Thing is, it won't be but a few schools that go P2 and there is a lot more to the ACC than just those say 5 (including ND) teams. And the Big 12 and PAC crumbled when big media tried to pluck the teams they wanted moved. The ACC is still standing so it can't be that poorly run. As I have said many times the ACC has problems but the biggest one has been and is having their lips firmly affixed to UNC's posterior.
