Can BC, Cuse and Wake be better than Tulane, Memphis, JMU or Liberty?

at the ACC/big 12 level? I don't think anyone has asked that question. I would think the G5s would bring more attendance/football day fans but as we see, there is a lot more to a viewer choosing to watch a ball game. Of course $$$$ is the big one and I would think BC, Cuse and Wake are way ahead in knowing how to raise $$$ than the G5s unless the G5s have a sugar daddy. BC, Cuse and Wake may be more like SMU and have the ability to apply lots more $$$ if they choose to. Rather than kicking teams out immediately, I think there will be some sort of annual "investment in operations" minimums.

The flaw with your first paragraph is the B12 being the floor for them
