Whatever the media deal says, didn't they surrender authority to ACC to handle it under the GOR? And none of the teams are party to the media deal. Most likely what is there is boring boilerplate with some sleeze that is in the Big, SEC and B12 contracts as well. I still believe the only real question is whether the GOR represents a legal agreement between the 15 teams allowing the ACC to act on TV contract matters until 2036. I know a lot don't want it to be that and are looking all of the "depends on what the definition of is is" stuff.
